I requested a report and the PDF report was missing first 12 sections, didn't match the displayed answer

When I requested a report on Data privacy, the system generated an answer completely but the PDF Report was missing first 12 sections. I tried to ask for regeneration of the report but instead of fixing the PDF report it started doing another research on some unrelated subject.
